Screen Exposure

Screen Exposure

Description

We can expose frames for you on our NUARC unit. Just let us know the size of your frame and WHAT KIND OF INK YOU WILL BE USING, and we will coat and shoot (expose) your screens.

If you are using UV, SOLVENT-BASED, OR PLASTISOL INKS, we will use a solvent-resistant emulsion on your screen. If you are using water-based ink, we will apply water-resistant emulsion onto your screen. It is critical to give us complete information when you order screen exposures to avoid extra charges for repeat work.

We prefer shooting a clear film with opaque all black ink. If you are unable to produce that kind of film, we would be happy to make a film for you. Please see FILM OUTPUT for details.

Send us your screen printing screen exposure requirements by email at [email protected] or [email protected].
